Graduate Therapist
Allison Sims
Welcome! Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I’m truly glad you’re here. My name is Allison, and my deepest passion lies in facilitating personal growth that fosters healing in all your relationships.
Understanding that healthy relationships are vital for overall well-being, my goal is to help you create fulfilling and meaningful connections with your loved ones. I approach therapy with the belief that everyone is deeply interconnected, with our relationships and environments significantly shape us. In our sessions, we’ll delve into the complexities of your concerns, uncovering the dynamics that underlie your challenges. My aim is to empower you, and if applicable, your family, to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds.
In our meetings, expect a compassionate space where you’re encouraged to fully express your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I recognize the vulnerability in seeking therapy and am committed to provide a non-judgmental environment conducive to healing.
Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I am keen to help others find relief from pain they thought was unhealable. If you’re grappling with feelings of hopelessness, grief, or relational distress, I’m here to offer support.
I am a dedicated Graduate Student Therapist pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Kairos University, under the supervision of Dr. Amy Fuller, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S.”
I am currently seeing individuals, couples, and families in person at Fuller LIfe North and virtually for telehealth.
