Starting anything can be tricky and cause a little anxiety or hesitation. Therapy isn’t always about traumatic experiences but more about understanding; understanding how, when, and sometimes why. And there’s other times when it’s just about decompressing and releasing what we may not even realize we’re carrying. Therapy isn’t about one thing, it’s about a plethora of things that the client ultimately knows. I’m here to help you along the way of discovery. I believe it’s already in us we just need extra help sometimes in pulling out what we already may know.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master’s in Divinity from the Houston Graduate School of Theology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Amy Fuller PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S.
