Healing Forward Women’s Process Group

Healing Forward is a 10-week virtual therapy process group for women looking to build healthier relationships and reconnect with their voice, boundaries, and self-trust.

This structured, therapist-led group offers a supportive space to explore relationship patterns, practice communication skills, and grow in confidence.

Meet Ruth Hamstra

Ruth Hamstra is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Drawing on a systemic approach, she helps clients understand how their key relationships shape their current struggles, guiding them toward greater balance and connection.

In the Healing Forward group, she offers a steady, compassionate space where women can process their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and move forward with renewed strength.
