Relationships can be our greatest source of joy, purpose, and belonging, but they can also become places where we feel misunderstood, disconnected, or at an impasse. Whether you’re navigating conflict in your partnership, preparing for a major life transition, healing from difficult experiences, or simply longing for healthier relationships, meaningful change is possible.
Helping couples build stronger, more connected relationships is my passion. I love helping partners move beyond surface-level arguments to understand the deeper patterns driving their interactions. As each person begins showing up differently, the relationship often begins to change as well.
My style is warm, insightful, and direct. I’ll encourage you to face difficult truths with courage and compassion. My work is informed by training in Crucible Therapy, a foundation in family systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to couples therapy, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting concerns, life transitions, trauma, and questions of self and purpose.
My Christian faith informs my belief in the worth and potential of all people, and I’m happy to incorporate spirituality into the counseling process for clients who desire it. I respect each client’s unique beliefs and values, tailoring therapy to what is most meaningful to you.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University. I practice under the supervision of Amy Fuller, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S.
Outside the therapy office, you’ll usually find me training for a triathlon, crocheting something too cozy to wear in Texas, or spending time with my husband and our six children.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, growth, and deeper connection.
I am currently seeing individuals, couples, and families at Fuller Life Loop and Fuller Life North and virtually for telehealth.
