Bilingual Student Therapist
Felisha Ibarwen
Hello and Welcome!
“The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.” (Carl Jung, 1933). Everyone faces daily struggles, whether with a partner, a boss, a friend, or a family member. My goal as your therapist is to help you navigate your emotions and behaviors while learning that you are your own person and not like everyone else.
I obtained my Registered Behavior Therapist Certification to work with children on the spectrum to further my knowledge of these children’s challenges. I have worked with children and families in the school system for four years and worked in restaurants/retail for ten years before switching to working with children.
I am a student therapist at Abilene Christian University in the last stages of obtaining my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Child/Adolescent Therapy. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, FL.
I provide therapy services in both English and Spanish.
I provide therapy for individuals, families, children, and couples at Fuller Life West, Fuller Life Loop, and through telehealth. I am available from 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. Saturdays.
