Natasha Paradeshi
Interim Executive Director
Natasha Paradeshi longs for the vulnerable to get the services they need to survive and then live purposeful lives. Her experience as a Co-founder, former Executive Director, and Board Chair of The Landing, an anti-human trafficking nonprofit which grew to over a $1 million budget in its first five years, gives her a unique perspective in helping nonprofits grow.
She is a Co-founder of Solace Media, a marketing agency passionate about helping mission-driven organizations make a bigger impact through strategic marketing and storytelling through websites, branding, and videography. As a Certified StoryBrand Guide, she focuses on helping organizations clarify their messaging through effective and ethical storytelling.

With 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, she is passionate about organizations getting the funding they need to fulfill their missions and is thrilled about using her expertise to help Fuller Life Family Therapy Institute grow. Due to family experiences, access to quality affordable therapy is an issue that is meaningful to her. Alongside her sister ,Natasha is producing a feature-length documentary about obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), which shares the stories of two individuals who live with lesser-known types of OCD.
Natasha graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master in Public Policy degree and from the University of Texas with a double major in Marketing and Spanish.
She enjoys spending focused time with her husband, Sunny, and their two children. She loves a good workout and one day hopes to complete an Ironman. Or at least a half!
