Jaquia Abreu
Jaquia Abreu is the founder and owner of GullyThoughts LLC where she brings mental health awareness and suicide prevention awareness to the community by way of online courses, books, workbooks, events and workshops.
She is also the author of the poetry book, Unorthodox Words, that touches on her journey of dealing with depression and how she has now found hope to want to be alive again. Whether it is her performing her poetry on the Houston Improv stage, or her hanging with her friends and family, she just wants to pass that same hope to others.
Stephanie Jordan LPC
Stephanie was a Resident Therapist at Fuller Life from 2018 to 2021. After 20 years in corporate America, Stephanie answered the call to become a therapist. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Houston Graduate School of Theology and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Her personal mission is “to equip those with broken spirits to find healing in pursuit of their best life.” She fervently believes that therapy can produce healing in the flesh, and God can heal the spirit. She encourages clients to learn from their own struggles, discover their authentic self, and live a life of freedom, hope, and possibility in her Private Practice, A Better Me Wellness.
