Anthony Smith
Anthony D. Smith, MBA is a Benefits Strategist and Risk Advisor who helps executive leaders align employee benefits and insurance with organizational strategy. He advises education and energy organizations through growth and transition and is passionate about helping leaders steward their people and resources with clarity and confidence.

Kathy Straker
Kathy is one of our founder board members and dedicated to fostering a vibrant, throughtful board. Kathleen Straker is President of The Straker Group, LLC, and is co-founder of Vital Study Skills – a research-based program that provides proven strategies for excelling in the medical sciences.

Amy Fuller
As the founder and volunteer Clinical Director, Amy is passionate about the mission of Fuller Life. Her warm, yet direct supervision style is a cornerstone of our intensive training program. She serves as adjunct faculty for Kairos University and specializes in couples, trauma and sex therapy in her private practice.

Tim Parker
Tim has been a supporter of Fuller Life from its beginning. As a Marriage and Family Therapy Professor at Abilene Christian Univeristy, Tim understands the importance of excellent clinical training as well as affordable family therapy. Tim has served as clinical supervisor for Fuller Life .

Dormetra Henry
As one of our graduates, Dormetra has seen the impact of our mission over and over. She sees clients through Fuller Life as a Clinical Therapist specializing in Child, Family and Sand Tray Therapy. As our Programs chair, she understands the workings of our organization and brings joy and thoughtfulness to all she does.

Jim O’Shea
Jim is passionate about Mental Health care. He is a former teacher and researcher with Avvento Foundation. He is a student in the Mental Health Counseling Program at the University of St. Thomas.
