My goal is to help individuals live their best life. Having personally encountered and overcome unforeseen life-altering circumstances, I understand such seasons can seem hopeless. Nevertheless, with awareness, braveness, and the necessary skills, we can work together to address seemingly hopeless situations.

I am honored and humbled to provide individual and family therapy to those who are hurting and seeking wellness. My passion is bringing healing and wholeness to individuals, couples, and families.

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. My training and education have prepared me to work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, as well as couples and families. I have also completed a comprehensive Online Therapy Training and have been certified to conduct telehealth.

I am trained in Somatic EMDR and work with individuals and couples with trauma, mindfulness practices, and emotional regulation.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Graduate of Fuller LIfe holding a Post-Graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
